Membership dues
Before paying, obtain the written refund terms applicable to your membership category, included services and membership period. This website does not impose a new fixed refund window or guarantee a refund of association dues or third-party service charges.
Voluntary support
Support is voluntary and separate from membership. If you believe a contribution was duplicated, made in error or processed for an incorrect amount, contact us with the date, amount and reference. The association will review the transaction and the terms under which it was accepted.
Events and sponsorships
Event attendance, sponsorship arrangements and room rentals may carry separate written terms. Request and review those terms before committing. This website does not collect event or sponsorship payments.
Requesting assistance
Email us with your name, payment date, amount, transaction reference and reason for the request. Never send a full card number, CVV or online banking credentials. Cancellation and refund eligibility are separate questions; stopping participation does not by itself establish a refund entitlement.
Review and resolution
The association reviews requests against the applicable transaction terms, services already provided, third-party requirements and applicable law. A review is not a promise of approval. Any approved refund is coordinated through the original payment channel where possible; timing depends on the payment service and financial institution.
